Polityka prywatności — Mood Scanner

Ostatnia aktualizacja: 2026-07-14

Mood Scanner ("Aplikacja") to aplikacja rozrywkowa. Aplikacja nie wymaga zakładania konta i nie zbiera bezpośrednio danych umożliwiających identyfikację użytkownika (imienia, nazwiska, adresu e-mail, numeru telefonu).

Charakter aplikacji

Mood Scanner jest aplikacją rozrywkową (novelty app). Wyświetlany "wynik skanowania nastroju" jest generowany losowo i nie stanowi realnego pomiaru biometrycznego, psychologicznego ani medycznego. Aplikacja nie posiada dostępu do żadnego czujnika linii papilarnych ani innego czujnika biometrycznego urządzenia.

Dane przetwarzane lokalnie na urządzeniu

Aplikacja zapisuje lokalnie na urządzeniu (w pamięci wewnętrznej aplikacji) wyłącznie licznik liczby uruchomień, używany do jednorazowego wyświetlenia prośby o ocenę aplikacji.

Reklamy i RODO

Wybór można w każdej chwili zmienić w Aplikacji w sekcji "Prywatność i ustawienia reklam".

Privacy Policy — Mood Scanner

Last updated: 2026-07-14

Mood Scanner ("the App") is an entertainment app. The App does not require account registration and does not directly collect personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number).

Nature of the app

Mood Scanner is a novelty/entertainment application. The displayed "mood scan result" is generated randomly and does not represent a real biometric, psychological, or medical measurement. The App does not access any fingerprint sensor or other biometric sensor on your device.

Data processed locally on your device

The App stores locally on your device (in the app's internal storage) only a counter of the number of times the app has been opened, used to display a one-time prompt asking you to rate the app. This data is never transmitted to any server and never leaves your device.

Advertising and GDPR

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads (banner and full-screen interstitial ads). For this purpose, the App requests permission to use the Advertising ID and requires an internet connection.

For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App displays a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before requesting personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the "Privacy & Ads settings" option within the App.

Data processed by third parties

Google AdMob and related Google services may process the following technical data to serve and measure the performance of ads:

This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Google's EU User Consent Policy. The App's publisher does not have access to this data in a form that would allow it to directly identify individual users.

Legal basis for processing

Where required by law (in particular under the GDPR), ad personalization is based on user consent collected through the consent form (UMP/CMP). You may withdraw or change your consent at any time in the App's settings, without affecting your ability to use the App's core functionality.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

Since the App does not directly collect personal data, most of these rights are exercised through Google's consent settings (UMP) and the tools described in Google's own privacy policy.

California users (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You can exercise this right by disabling personalized ads in the App's consent form (UMP) or in your Android device's ad settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of the Google Play Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Permissions used by the app

Data security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect processed data; however, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document. Material changes will be noted in the App's update notes on Google Play.

Contact

If you have any questions about this privacy policy, you can contact the App's publisher at: gosia.barg@gmail.com, or through the contact details listed on the App's Google Play store listing.
